Where can I find a list of recommended hotels near campus?
You can find a list of preferred hotels HERE. However, we strongly encourage all students to compare prices across other travel websites to find the best hotel pricing possible.

When will I get access to the course sites?
Typically, you will receive access to your course sites on the first day of the semester. You will receive an email from the program team when the course sites are available.
When do webinars typically take place?
Webinars usually take place any time between 6 and 8PM ET. Some Capstone Project webinars may take place at 4PM ET. Most (if not all) webinars will be recorded, barring any technical issues and/or guest speaker preferences. However, all students are expected to attend the live sessions to make the most out of live discussions.
Is there a document where I can view all assignment due dates and webinar dates & times in one place?
Yes! On the first day of the semester, the program team will share an updated Coursework Summary. All webinars and assignment due dates will also be posted on the program Google Calendar. Both tools list all important dates and times for the semester to help you manage your schedule.
Am I required to complete the two pre-program courses?
No! They are meant to be helpful resources for you before you start the MS CRS program.
I’m an international student. How do I apply for my visa?

When will I receive my NYU ID?
Once you've uploaded your photo for your NYU ID Card in May, a member of the MS CRS team will pick up your ID to give to you on the first day of the June residency at NYU (unless you prefer to pick it up in person earlier in May, which can be done by visiting the NYU Card Center.)
How do I access the NYU Library?
Once you have your physical NYU ID Card at the beginning of your Summer semester, you will have swipe access to NYU's Bobst Library. Students can also use their NetID login information to access NYU's online library system.

Are there textbooks or other materials that I need to purchase before the start of the program?
Nope! All textbooks and other academic materials will be sent to you electronically for no additional fee at the start of the program. Please note that all program textbooks will be in e-book format.
Where is the NYU Bookstore?
