Action Step: (Internal Relationships) Develop framework to ensure continued support through each student’s K-12 journey through structured communication and collaboration, and intentional planning. (Including but not limited to… Collaboration amongst grade levels, student activities for transitioning students, communication with faculty between buildings, career exploration and pathways individualized)
