Reality TV

Las Vegas has been the setting for a number of popular reality TV shows, including "Pawn Stars," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," and "American Restoration." These shows have given viewers a glimpse into the city's unique culture and characters, as well as its booming pawn shop and restoration industries.

"Pawn Stars" is a reality TV show that premiered on the History Channel in 2009 and has since become one of the channel's most popular programs. The show is set in Las Vegas and follows the daily operations of the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, which is owned by the Harrison family. The show's format involves customers bringing in items to sell or pawn, and the Harrisons and their team of experts evaluating the items and making offers.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

The TV show "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" had a significant impact on Las Vegas during its run from 2000 to 2015. Sports Broadcasting

NHL

The addition of the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights to the sports landscape in Las Vegas has had a significant impact on sports broadcasting in the city. One of the most important changes has been the increase in local sports coverage. Prior to the Golden Knights' arrival, Las Vegas had little coverage of local sports. However, the Golden Knights' success on the has led to increased interest in local sports, and local television stations give more airtime to sports coverage.

Late-Night TV

Las Vegas has long been a popular destination for comedians and performers, and many have made appearances on late-night TV shows filmed in the city. Shows like "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" and "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" have featured segments filmed on location in Las Vegas, helping to showcase the city's entertainment scene to a national audience.
