Information for international travelers

We are hopeful that, with the COVID-19 pandemic situation continuing to ease up, most or all travel restrictions for entry to Taiwan will be lifted by May 2023.  We shall closely monitor the CDC’s policy updates and inform all conference participants accordingly. More detailed information for travel, local accommodation, and transportation to the conference venue will be provided following notification of abstract acceptance. Directions from Campus Gate to Conference Site

The conference site is located in NTNU Heping Campus II (the Library campus), on the north side of Heping Campus I.

After entering the school gate of Heping Campus II, go straight and turn right immediately. The venue is located on the fifth floor (Room 508) of the Union Building (H201 on the map).

Local Accommodation

Taipei is a well-connected city with an extensive and convenient MRT system. There are a number of accommodation options located near NTNU's Heping campuses or within walking distance of an MRT station. Here are some options:

We can arrange hotel reservations with Howard Civil Service International House (HCSIH) for you with a special offer by 4/14 (Friday). The offer is 1,960NTD/night for a single room and 3,450NTD/night for a double room.
