Hi! My name is Maya, and I write for the school newspaper. I joined the newspaper because I love to write. I’m told to be very persuasive when it comes to writing debates, and that I have enough imagination to write fantasy. I have two cats who are spoiled more than thought possible. I enjoy reading books like the series Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard by Rick Riordan. I hope you enjoy our newspaper!

Hi! I’m Finn. I write comics and review books for The Eagle Times. I’m in sixth grade and this is my first year in the club, but it seems like a lot of fun. I don’t play too many sports, but I’m very passionate about skiing. My personal favorite book is Ranger’s Apprentice: The Emperor Of Nihon-Ja.

Hi, my name is Sotirios but you can call me Sotiri! (It's hard to pronounce the right way, trust me, every new person I meet gets it wrong, so don’t feel bad :) ) I’m in 6th grade. I enjoy reading, video games and spending time with my friends. I am also a pro on the computer! I like to make memes. When I grow up, I want to be either a lawyer or a police officer. Hi, I'm Ava. I also like to go by the name Elliot! I'm 11 years old and I'm in the sixth grade. I have six pets, four of which live at my mom's house and the other two are at my dads. I joined the Newspaper club because I Love to write, and I'm very passionate when it comes to art. This is my first year in the newspaper club, I can't wait to join again next year. My favorite school subject is social studies. Some of my hobbies are art, writing, and reading. I also make jewelry. One of my dreams is to become a photographer. Some games I play online are Roblox, Minecraft, and Animal Crossing. My favorite color is sage green. It is such a calming color. I hope you enjoy our newspaper!

Hi, I’m Diya and I’m a writer on the Elm Street Newspaper team. I read a lot and write as much as I read. My favorite books (as of November 16th) are Six of Crows, Red Queen, and a few others. I’m currently working on a dystopian-fantasy YA novel which is untitled and probably will be for a while. I “feed off fancy words” as my cousin says and I have weird and wacky ideas that make you think “Excuse me, what.” I dream of writing for a living, maybe teaching, or perhaps even getting a law degree, but I'll burn that bridge when I get there.

Raylyn was born in March 2010.She is in 6th grade. She is kind, caring, and smart. She loves all animals and hopes to own one someday. She loves being outdoors, and enjoys swimming, hiking and observing wildlife.

Allison P. is in 6th grade. Allison has grown up in Nashua her whole life. She takes an interest in animals, nature, and writing. When Allison heard of a newspaper club she immediately signed up. Allison, along with writing for the club, currently does ninja, and has done in the past karate, stained glass, swimming, and many other recreational activities. “I love trying new things whether it is food, classes, or activities!”
