2 week plan (Oct. 24- Nov. 4)

Good technique while training? When weight training it is obviously very important to have good technique in order to maximize muscle growth, and so you don't injure yourself. If you are a beginner in the gym you should be starting off with even lighter weight than you think you can handle, this way you can perfect the technique. As a beginner if you have bad technique you are leaving gains on the table, and will probably take even longer to see actual growth, which may lead to some people giving up in the first few months. Bodybuilders still find ways to continue to perfect their technique even after training for years and years. Another key reason for good technique is injuries. If injured while lifting it may take awhile to get healthy again, which may lead to less time spent at the gym, or less weight than you should be able to handle.

What effects does weigh training have on your brain? Research has shown that weight lifting may actually improve thinking and learning skills in adults. While I know that weight training has brought me happiness, especially when you stay on track of your goals and begin to see progress. With that being said it can put a lot of strain on your mind with all the heavy lifting, meaning breaks are a necessity for your health.

How long until you could see serious results? Overall it takes about three months of training to see real results. In three months time it is possible to lose around 20 lbs of fat, and possible to gain around 6 lbs of muscle.Although all body types are different and you may see gains much faster than others, it really depends on your genetics and work ethic.

Summary

My goals seemed easier to navigate through this time around. As I set out to research these goals I kind of knew where to look, although some of these goals were a little bit harder to get lots of information on than some of the goals I have researched in the past. Overall I think that I was happy in accomplishing what weight lifting does for your mind, I think that is rrally important because people believe that weight training is all just physical, but it definietly has many psychological factors to it.
