Exercises to build muscles

Through lots of research and youtube videos watched, there was a lot to learn about weight training and good exercises that would maximize your muscle growth. While training, it is important to train in progressive overload. This means that each workout you should be adding more and more weight in order to truly challenge your muscles and get maximum growth. Although muscle growth takes hard work in the gym, it is also important to eat right and get at least eight hours of sleep so your muscles can recharge and grow. While at the gym as a beginner it is good to perfect your form during exercises. First, so you don't injure yourself, and second because you do not want to cheat yourself on any reps, and leave gains on the table. Below are some good videos to watch, with a brief description of each.
