SchooLinks is our college and career readiness platform for students in grades 9–12. It is designed to help students become career, college, and life-ready by providing tools, resources, and guidance for academic and career planning. Families can access their own account to view student progress, explore career and college options, and have meaningful conversations about future goals.
SchooLinks builds on the self-awareness, goal-setting, social-emotional skills, and early career exploration that students begin in Grades 6-8. By connecting students’ interests, strengths, and skills with potential pathways, it supports informed academic and career decision-making throughout high school. Families can use the platform to:
View the results of student career interest, strength, and mindset assessments to learn more about their interests and what careers might be right for them
See what colleges and careers students have favorited and set as goals
Check the personalized dashboard for important reminders and to-dos for your student
Complete independent research on colleges, careers, and more to help you have informed conversations with students.
Compare college costs and explore expected financial aid, scholarships, and out-of-pocket expenses
Throughout the year, students in grades 9–12 access SchooLinks during meetings, seminars, and presentations hosted by the NRHS Counseling Department. Below, you will find a breakdown of the major SchooLinks components used at each grade level, along with information on how to log in with your guardian account to follow along.
It is important to note, that this list focuses exclusively on what students do within SchooLinks. The Counseling Department hosts additional meetings, seminars, information nights, and events throughout high school, that help support students career and academic planning. These are communicated directly to families by the Counseling Department.
