Visioning Process

Visioning Session with Dr. Frank Locker: February 10, 11, & 18, 2022

The visioning team for the NRHS building project is a group of 50 district representatives who will work together in intense professionally facilitated workshops to create concepts of future education for our students at Nashoba Regional High School.  This three-day workshop will be led by Dr. Frank Locker, a national expert on innovation in education and facilities that support it.  This is a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity for our district!

The team will create a long-term educational vision.  This vision will define desired future teaching practices, learning methods, and school facilities concepts that support them.  This will be done as the initial component of a Massachusetts School Building Authority process to improve Nashoba Regional High School.

This initiative will assure that the future NRHS will be appropriate and effective.  Participants in our visioning will include educators, students, school committee and school building committee members, municipal representatives, business and institutional learners, and our architect and project manager.
