MARINE BIOLOGY  

This is a course for students interested in the marine environment and its systems. Students will investigate topics such as the properties of water, ocean floor features, marine cycles, marine invertebrates and vertebrates, and the human impact on the marine environment. Students will explore these topics through a variety of laboratory activities, dissections, performance tasks, and research.  A field trip is offered each semester to enrich the learning experience.
