College and Career Readiness for the 21st Century
An academy is a reform model where students have an opportunity to deeply engage in a pathway of courses that would better prepare them for an entry-level job or a postsecondary experience. While every student at NHS has an opportunity to enroll in any of our CTE courses, only self-selected academy students will participate in an additional structured and sequenced work-based learning program overseen by the Academy Counselor.
