These are due on:
January 12th and January 13th, 2023.
You will put together a timeline to review the people and events studied during quarters 1 & 2.
Your timeline must have:
10 people
10 events/acts/laws/conflicts/trends/conferences/etc.,. covering the span of 1200 to 1450.
All items must be from 1200 to 1450 (Units 1-4)
There should be a total of 20 timeline items.
All items MUST be placed on the timeline in chronological order. Remember, put people on the timeline at the time where we studied them (not simply their birth & death dates).
For each item on your timeline, you must include the following information:
Why you picked each item.
Describe or identify each item with at least 3 sentences (KEEP IT SIMPLE)
What is the historical significance of each, or its historical implication?
Discuss whether the item should still be in history books in 100 years, why or why not?
You must include one map or image per timeline item. You can draw or print these items.
Grammar and spelling will be counted in your grade. The information presented must be historically accurate, but use your creativity in terms of set up, color choice, images, etc.,.
Remember, this will be worth TWO ASSESSMENTS GRADES. Really think about the written parts like an SAQ - this should be displayed on poster board or large post it paper. If you need some please see me.
Really, it's the same exact project you did - ONLY this time your timeline MUST focus on the history between 1450 and present day (Units 5-9).
All the requirements are the same as "Semester One" Timelines.
These timelines are due:
April 27th and 28th, 2023.
