As part of the NJDOE Professional Development requirements, all teachers, including content area teachers working with Multilingual Learners (MLs), must complete annual professional development focused on supporting MLs.
The Office of Bilingual has curated a series of PD modules on OTIS, designed for integration into PLCs, GLMs, or Faculty Meetings.
Navigate to Clever.
Log into the OTIS platform.
Under your name, search for “Playlists.”
Enter Sheltered English Instruction 25-26.
Complete each course in the playlist.
Each course completed will provide teachers with a certificate.
