Teachers complete and meet with Skinner by October 10.

Tenured teachers: 2 observations
Tenured CAP teachers: 3 observations, required mid-year review
Non-tenured teachers: 3 observations, required mid-year review
Non-tenured CAP teachers: 4 observations, required mid-year review
Each teacher will receive at least one announced and one unannounced observation.
Teachers will receive informal "touch points" by Dr. Skinner in SchoolMint every 2 weeks.
