Zoom Meetings
Teachers have been provided with procedures for setting up Zoom meetings with students. Security tips are updated regularly to ensure that teachers are scheduling and holding meetings in the most secure remote environment possible.
Parents and others providing assistance to students who are participating in remote learning are asked to help students create a good learning environment for Zoom meetings. Here are recommendations to assist with that process:
Find a quiet location free from distractions.
Use headphones when possible.
Log in to the Zoom meeting on only one device at a time.
If parents or other helpers have questions about Zoom or during a Zoom meeting, those questions should be emailed to the teacher after the Zoom meeting. Only students should participate in the Zoom meetings.
