Log in with your First.Last@LongandFoster.com email and the password provided by the Help Desk.

Access to Long & Foster systems like Xcelerate will be on hold until your password setup is complete, which could take 24 to 48 hours.
During this time, you might not have full access to all features of the Long & Foster Cafe/HUB, including viewing your agent statement.

ARX registration requires you to mark only the states where you have an active license, use the legal name on your real estate license(s), and decide on aspects like Business Entity, Team Membership, and reviewing Complaints and E&O Insurance fees.
What should I do after completing the ARX Link step?
After completing the ARX Link step, a New Agent Package will be created and sent to you via DocuSign for further action. For Transfer Agents- Please proceed to Licensing, Board, and Bright MLS the day you transfer.

Sentrilock Access is granted by adding you to our Sentri Lockbox system, allowing access to brokerage Lockboxes. You'll need to go through your Sentrilock App's Message Center.
How do I transfer or register for MLS with Bright MLS or Flex?
Follow the instructions in the links to transfer your MLS registration to Northrop Realty or Flex agents, as included in your Board. New Licensees, you will be able to register for Bright MLS once your Board Application has been processed and you have received your NRDS#
When will I receive my Northrop Realty email account?
After you complete your licensing process, you will receive your Northrop Realty email account. I'll send a welcome email to the address you gave me.
How do I gain Office Key Card Access?
Instructions are provided through a specific link. You will pick up your keycard at your Primary Office.
What should I know about the Northrop Realty ICA and Mentorship Agreements?
The Northrop Realty ICA Agreement and the Mentorship Agreement (if applicable) will be sent to you via DocuSign.
