Headshots & Business Cards: Enhancing Your Professional Image

A high-quality professional headshot is crucial for making a lasting impression. It reflects your brand as well as the professionalism of Northrop Realty. As a real estate agent, your attire should showcase your personality and expertise, building confidence among your clients.

Northrop Realty Dress Code

What to Wear:

• Sleeveless blouses/sweaters, dress slacks, capris, skirts (knee-length or longer)

• Dress suits, dresses, dressy jumpsuits

• Dress shirt & tie/bowtie for gentlemen, dress jackets/blazers

• Dress shoes, loafers, boots, dressy sandals, heels, flats, mules

• Professional, tasteful jewelry/watches (optional)

What Not to Wear:

• No spaghetti straps, low-cut tops, crop tops, or showing midriff

• No mini-skirts, dress shorts, low-rise pants that show undergarments

• No casual footwear (flip-flops, tennis shoes)

• No cargo pants, casual khakis, jeans, denim, snow boots, or UGG boots in-office

Headshot Requirements

• Full upper body photo, waist-up, high-resolution (300dpi, PSD format)

• Space around shoulders, solid white background, facing to the right

• Professional attire is required; company accent colors are recommended (black, white, red, yellow, gray)

• Men: Dress shirt, tie/bowtie required; dress jacket recommended

• Additional retouching is available at the individual's expense
