Description: MLS Subscription Fees are billed quarterly.

CONTINUING ED
Description: Payment per class within a 2-year renewal span.
Fee Details: Variable, based on class selection.
DOCUSIGN/AUTHENTISIGN- Northrop Fee Charge via Long & Foster
Description: Annual billing for electronic signature services.
Fee Details: Authentisign: $45, Docusign: $96.
E & O Insurance Options- Northrop Fee Charge via Long & Foster
Option

LONG & FOSTER RENTAL CERTIFICATION
