You've been granted access to our Sentri Lockbox system, which allows you to access our brokerage lockboxes.

Checking Messages:
Upon logging in, locate the mail icon in the upper-right corner. A blue box indicates no unread messages in your Message Center, while a red box signifies unread messages. The number of unread messages will be displayed in the red box. Tap the red box to view your messages.
Finalizing Access:
To complete your access setup, you'll need to take one final step. Look out for a pending notification and make sure to approve it. This is a crucial part of the process, so don't forget!
Accessing Notifications: Tap the Message Center bell icon at the bottom center of the app's home screen.
Important Note: You might find a message in your Message Center that dates back to your initial start date with us.

You must complete the Sentrilock Training/Orientation as part of your registration process.
This training is essential as it will equip you with the necessary knowledge to use the Lockbox system, a vital tool in your role as an agent.
Once you complete the training, you will gain access to the Lockbox system.
Your Board/Association will provide you with the Orientation schedule and your Welcome Letter.
