The Commanding Officer (CO) is the highest-ranking cadet and oversees all unit activities, ensuring goals are met. They make important decisions, set objectives, and guide other officers. The CO also represents the unit at official events and maintains relationships with school staff and the NJROTC instructor. As a mentor and role model, the CO sets an example for all cadets' discipline, conduct, and work ethic.
C/LT John Bender
The Executive Officer (XO) is second-in-command and assists the CO with managing the unit. They ensure tasks are appropriately delegated to officers and cadets. If the CO is absent, the XO takes over their responsibilities, maintaining leadership continuity. The XO also coordinates daily operations, helping ensure that the unit’s goals are achieved.
C/SCPOJoshua Pierre
The CSC's rank within the unit is Cadet Senior Chief Petty Officer, and they are the 3rd highest-ranking member of the top 6 cadets in the unit. The CSC’s duties include handling disciplinary situations and assisting the CO and XO in any way necessary to run the unit efficiently.
C/LTJG Yujin Harris
The Operations Officer (OPS) is responsible for planning and executing drills, training events, and other unit activities. They help create the schedule for events, meetings, and training sessions. The Operations Officer ensures cadets understand their roles and that all logistics, such as locations, equipment, and personnel, are organized for each event.
C/LTJG Jomar Blanco
The Administrative Officer (Admin) maintains records like attendance, cadet evaluations, and promotion files. They manage communication within the unit, including notices for meetings, events, and training. The Admin Officer also helps prepare reports and keeps files organized for unit activities.
C/LTJG Genesis Ramos
The Supply Officer (Supply) manages the unit’s inventory, including uniforms, equipment, and supplies. They oversee the distribution and return of gear cadets use during training and events. The Supply Officer may also manage the unit’s budget and work with the NJROTC instructor to order necessary materials.
