Many members start in classes and later add personal training or Open Gym to refine their goals. Others begin with one-on-one coaching before transitioning to group training. A coach can help guide you based on your goals, experience, and preferences.

* Voucher Details: Trainer rates vary, and the discount applies based on the trainer’s current single-session rate at the time of voucher redeption. The voucher may be redeemed digitally or as a physical copy.
Custom Programming: Programming is designed for use during Open Gym, and does not include 1-on-1 supervision or coaching. If you need in-person coaching, consider Hybrid (Classes + PT) or Personal Training Only. You may also utilize the voucher for a discounted single session or purchase additional sessions at regular price.
Membership Terms: Hybrid memberships require a minimum 8-week commitment for programming effectiveness. Open Gym is not supervised, and members with Custom Programming are responsible for their own workouts outside of class time.
