All events have now been announced—including movement standards, workout flow, and scoring details.
Demo videos and workout standards will be posted soon to make sure you and your partner feel fully prepared.
🚨 Early Bird pricing ends April 20th—get signed up now!
We’ve tested all the workouts, and they’re the perfect mix of challenging and fun. Since this is a partner competition, we designed the workouts so that high-skill gymnastics may provide a slight edge - but they are not required - to compete in the higher divisions.
In other words:
RX athletes without handstand walks are welcome and encouraged to compete in RX. There might be a slight advantage if you DO have them
Intermediate athletes won’t be excluded for lacking a specific skill like double-unders or chest-to-bar.
Our goal is to create a fair, competitive environment that rewards teamwork, strategy, and fitness—not just flashy movements.
Volunteers Needed!!
Volunteers make this event possible—and we’d love to have you on the team.
Last year, we had around 22 volunteers, and the event ran incredibly well thanks to your help. This year, we’re aiming to be even more prepared and organized - and we need you! All volunteers will receive a free event T-shirt, and we’ll provide snacks, drinks, and meals as needed throughout the day.
Volunteer roles include things like:
Judging, Equipment Crew, Score Running, Athlete Check-In, Swag Bag Prep, Floor Setup, T-Shirt Management, and more.
(Some roles may include a bit of prep the days before, while others are simple day-of assignments.)
This year, we’ve organized specific volunteer roles to keep things running smoothly:
Please check out the list of available volunteer roles 🔗and let us know which one you’d like to take on!
Day-of Schedule
• Volunteer Meeting – 7:15 AM
• Judges Meeting – 7:30 AM
• Athlete Briefing – 7:45 AM
• Event Begins – 8:00 AM
• Athletes Competing - 8:15 - 12:15 PM
• Podium/Celebration – 12:30 - 1 PM
We will likely have a Judges' Meeting and maybe a Volunteer meeting prior to the day of as well. Keep an eye out for updates as we want to help you be successful and prepared.
Judges
We’re looking for at least 12 judges to help ensure fair competition and keep each heat on track. If you’re interested in judging, let us know—we’ll make sure you feel prepared. We’ve simplified movement standards and scoring to make judging approachable, even if it’s your first time. (You will also have 2 Head Judges overseeing everything in case you need some back-up.)
We highly recommend taking the CrossFit Judges Course 🔗(online, a few hours to complete).
It’s not required, but it’s a great way to learn judging standards and get some practice.
If you complete the course, we’ll reimburse you (it costs $10) and give you an extra $10 as a thank-you.
