Sign up for a SportsYou account. I encourage parents AND students to sign up so everyone gets the same message. Instructions will come in an email at the end of the summer.
Make sure to get a little preseason running in. Even just a two days a week for a couple of weeks will make a big difference. This document is a good place to start. If you want a more specific workout plan, please let me know.
It is usually very warm at the start of the season. Hydrate for several days leading up to the first day of practice. Lots of water.
