The Technology Service Desk (CAO and remote) is staffed daily from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and can be contacted via email, the Service Desk portal and telephone. There are also Service Desk locations at NAI (307) and NASH (267), staffed from 7:00am - 2:30pm.

YouTube Videos Troubleshooting

To share YouTube videos with Students, Teachers MUST

  • be logged into YouTube with your NA Google account

  • approve any/all videos you want students to view - click the "Approve" button located below the video

To access YouTube videos from their teacher, students MUST be logged into the Safari app or Chrome using their NA Google accounts

    • go to Google.com in Safari, and click "Sign In"

    • go to YouTube.com and click "Sign in" in the upper right hand corner of the screen

    • re-enter NA Google account info when prompted - comments and suggested videos will not appear for students

Student NA Google Account Information:

  • Username: tigerid@nastudents.org

  • Password: Tiger ID password for grades 3-8, nacubs for grades K-2

Single Sign-On (SSO) for Students and Teachers

The District has prioritized ease of access to educational technology resources by providing a single sign-on (SSO) portal to lessen the number of usernames and passwords that students and teachers use on a daily basis. This portal is known as TigerID. The icon above should appear on all District iPads and laptops and will take users to the TigerID login portal.

All students and employees have been assigned a TigerID and password. Employees and Students should log in daily to access common NASD online resources, such as Drive, Blackboard, and online textbooks. If a student or employee has forgotten their TigerID or password, please contact the Service Desk.
