We balance our boldness out with positivity and inspiration. We’re not just here to tell it like it is, but more importantly how it could be. Our words infuse hope, excitement, and possibility into every conversation.

NOCD is genuine and honest with our claims about the help we provide. We are grounded and stay true to our values. We are humans helping humans overcome OCD and do all we can to see our mission through.
OUR TONE
Our tone is rooted within our voice, but just as in day-to-day communications, there are nuances. We tailor it to the emotional needs of certain audiences, but we always stay on-brand and true to our personality.
Our copy tone is driven by our core brand attributes (see next section) and should always be clear, succinct, and appropriate for our audiences to take the next step in engaging with NOCD. Tone can vary slightly depending on the situation or content type:

May call for a more authoritative tone with fewer questions, more definitive statements, and positioning ourselves as a leader in our field.

We can be slightly more playful, use emojis for expression, and be a bit more casual-yet confident with our words and stories.
