My name is Phoenix Chapital and I am a sixteen-year- old aspiring storyteller at NOCCA. I love writing fiction, poetry, songs, and screenplays. Documentaries intrigue me and I hope to make more films in the future. I tried my hand at everything this year and can't wait to dive deeper into all of the areas that interest me!
