Program and Planning 

The 1st Vice President chairs the Program and Planning Committee, which shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the necessary programs and requirements to fulfill the purpose and objectives of the Chapter; developing and scheduling seminars/workshops; sponsoring forums and panel discussions; developing, coordinating and planning special programs; reviewing and monitoring all policies, programs, etc. which may affect Blacks and other ethnic groups in government service; and developing training classes for Chapter members to enlighten and promote any changes of policies, programs, etc.
