How could it be modified to address outcomes for other grade levels?
Directions:
Using straws and the strawbees (the connectors).
Create a right rectangular prism or a right triangular prism.
Determine the dimensions (cm) of the prism and find the surface area of your constructed prism.
Determine the volume of your constructed prism.
NOTE: Could also use cardboard with the strawbees to construct all of the faces of the prism - to get a better representation of the prisms.
