New Teacher Induction Program (for candidates who have finished the PEL)

The New Teacher Induction program was created as a support group for you to come together and talk to other new teachers about your successes and your challenges during your first year.  We’ll meet once a month for one hour via Zoom to support each other. Some topics we will focus on include classroom management, student behavior strategies, working with parents, coping with stress, and many more.  In between our meetings, you’ll complete a few short, interactive online modules that dive deeper into the strategies related to our topics.   

The New Teacher Induction program is completely free - registration will open in Spring 2026 for candidates in Student Teaching during the 2025-2026 academic year.
