All pages of benefits-related forms must be completed ELECTRONICALLY, then printed, signed, scanned as a .PDF, and emailed to HR@nkyhealth.org.
NKY Health is an E-Verify+ Employer.
After an offer is accepted, HR will set up every new employee into the system. The system will prompt the employee to enter information and upload documents used to verify their eligibility to work in the United States.
The system then matches the information and closes the case or finds a mismatch and notifies the employee and NKY Health of the mismatch.
The employee must correct the mismatch or have the case closed in order to be eligible to work at NKY Health.
