NISER Astronomy Club
I have been passionate about Astronomy and Astrophysics for most part of my life. When I joined NISER, I was glad to learn about the thriving community of Astro-enthusiasts and the NISER-Astronomy Club (NAC), and I have been a club member ever since.
I have given multiple talks, organised observation sessions and trained several students in handling the 6-inch, 8-inch and 11-inch telescopes.
I was the head of the observations committee between 2021-22 and started the experiments committee in Sept 2022. I have assisted the club in various other activities and events over the past 4 years, including Cosnova, Umang Fest, Chandrayaan-2 outreach event, and Udbhava Fest.

RoboTech Club - NISER
I have also been keen on building things and tinkering.
This interest led me to join the RoboTech Club of NISER.
During my time in the club, I learnt 3D modelling on SOLIDWORKS and using 3D Printers. During the rise of COVID-19, I and a few other members of the club came back to NISER and developed NIRMAL, an automatic hand sanitiser dispenser. I then became the Club Coordinator between 2021-22, during which I led the organisation of Hack-Duino, a national-level hackathon on the occasion of Arduino Day. We also started the Skill Development Program during this time. I have taught students about 3D printers and 3D modelling. I have worked on various other projects and have given talks during my time in the club.
