Welcome, Future Tiger Band Members!
The Worthington Band prides itself on developing individuals to become model citizens in today's society using instrumental music as our medium. The success that we enjoy as a group is a direct reflection of the hard work and fundamentals taught in our Beginner Band classes.
Under the direction of Kevin Fallon, Ellian Liburd, and Luke Vogt, students have a chance to learn Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba, or Percussion. Be sure to check out our instrument video below to hear all of these instruments in action!
Remember that we start from the ground floor. There is no prior musical training required to play an instrument with the Worthington Band! All you need to do is sign-up for band as your first elective for 6th grade. Come be part of one of the largest, most visible, and most spirited student organizations on campus!
Check out the videos below to see the AWESOME instruments you can play in the Worthington Band!!!
