The Operating Framework sets out how RDN functions and services are expected to operate, giving individuals and teams, leaders and governance groups, clarity and confidence about delivery expectations, standard requirements and ways of working, that enable effective and efficient delivery that contributes collectively to achievement of the RDN’s strategic, business as usual, and contractual commitments.
The RDN Behaviours Framework supports staff working in the Network by specifying the behaviours, attitudes and approaches expected of all leaders, managers and staff, aligned to organisational values and goals.
Please note: the Operating Framework is now a dynamic resource that will be expanded and revised on an ongoing basis to reflect changing delivery priorities and requirements. Operating Framework content and supporting documents will be added as they are made available by the respective Function Delivery Groups.
Content is arranged by Function, with each Function forming a separate section or page of the Operating Framework. Where there are multiple Functions as part of a Delivery Group, there is also a section or page of the Framework for the Group.
Relevant POF Support Pages and other supporting documents are linked within the appropriate section of the Operating Framework. You can also access a full list via the Index page.
