The North East and North Cumbria Regional Research Delivery Network (NENC RRDN) is part of the National Institute for Health and Care Research, providing the infrastructure to allow high-quality health and social research to take place across the region. Our Study Support Service supports research delivery across settings including primary, secondary, community and residential care, providing the resources and tools needed to successfully deliver your study.
Support may include completing local feasibility for research studies, sharing new study opportunities, assistance with expressions of interest and delivering research activities across the different settings.
Dedicated Research Operations Coordinators and Research Operations Officers act as a point of contact within the Research Delivery Network (RDN) and a link to study sponsors. Our research delivery team of Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals, Research Officers and Data Managers are available to support organisations with the delivery of research activities where there is limited capacity within the system . You can find out more about the team in the 'About Us' section of the website.
If you are interested in learning more about the research opportunities available for your organisation, these can be found in the ‘Studies Open to New Sites’ tab.
Visit the national website to find more details and information about other LCRNs.
