Project 11
______________
Increasing our digital capability in research
Project Summary
_________
Project 11 brings together activity from three teams with the aim of meeting the following objectives:
To define our digital skills and knowledge in order to gain an understanding of our existing attributes alongside identification of areas for development
To grow our attributes and infrastructure with a plan to develop our digital capability to improve our offer to researchers in all areas of delivery, whilst also sharing developed resources to solidify our knowledge across Clinical Research Network West Midlands (CRN WM) and engage externally to grow collaboration
To showcase our achievements by sharing the digital methods in place with proven examples of success
To explore new opportunities with a planned approach to scoping the digital landscape across all potential research delivery settings in order to provide an effective base of knowledge and advice for researchers.
We aim to achieve this through the combined efforts and ambitions of the Integrated Care Delivery Team (ICDT), Recruitment Optimisation Support Team (ROST) and Business Intelligence Team in the West Midlands region.
