One of the main themes of Operational Excellence is to ensure that we create the conditions to perform optimally and fulfil our strategic objectives. Following on from Covid, we knew that we had to change the structure and create an eco-system to show sustainability, and demonstrate that we are fit for purpose in the new era of research.
