Supporting Commercial Research

Our interaction with commercial partners is mostly via our NSLs/NSGs. All our Clinical Research Leaders interact regularly with Industry. Interactions/activities related to Industry include but are not limited to:​​​​​​​

• ​​​​​​​​​​​Delivery of commercial studies​​​​​​​ 

• ​​​​​Early contact with commercial companies

• Early feedback 

• Support with site selection 

• Portfolio and performance management​​​​​​​

• Stakeholder engagement (conferences and events)

• Commercial pipeline work

Our Clinical Research Leaders work closely with LCRN Industry Operation Managers and Research Delivery Managers as well as the CRNCC Research Delivery Directorate to do this.
