At the end of Module 1, participants will be able to:
Analyze how shared leadership, using the instructional leadership team (ILT) framework, impacts teacher effectiveness and student achievement.
Plan for using analysis of teacher and student data to guide goal setting and the work of the ILT grounded in student-centered practices.
Analysis of an ILT long-range plan for qualitative and quantitative data
Instructions:
Once in breakout groups, members take two minutes to individually review the ILT long-range plan.
Work as a team to annotate the ILT long-range plan for qualitative and quantitative data and discuss the two questions at the bottom of the plan. (8 minutes)
Once back in the main session, we will debrief as a whole group.

Instructions:
