The overarching objectives of this training include:

• Enhance current processes for planning for effective leadership team meetings

• Design agendas for leadership team meetings using formal and informal data from students and teachers to guide the process

• Draft a blueprint of a leadership long range plan that will guide the remainder of the school year’s plans for leadership learning
