Steps for Paw Patrol Parent consent 

To be part of the Nido de Aguilas Paws for Positivity program, a student must:

✅ Have experience with dogs, have a dog at home or love and respect animals

✅ Keep the dog on the leash at all times

✅ Take the dogs to International Park and NOT to interrupt classes
✅ Only check out the dogs during freetime, never during class time

✅ Always treat our dogs with kindness 

To become a Paw Patrol member and be part of the Nido de Aguilas Paws for Positivity program you must email Mr. Lally ilally@nido.cl or Ms. Ale agarcia@nido.cl .  Mr. Lally or Ms. Ale will send the google permission form to your parents. This form must be completed before you can join the program and start to walk Nidos’ support dogs.

By completing the form the HS Counseling Office is requesting parent/ guardian authorization to take Nido support animals for a walk during lunch or flex blocks, check them out for a walk during study hall or come to pet them before, during and/ or after school. The parent/ guardian authorization will be kept on file with the HS Counseling Office.
