Weekly Wonderings
This week, we had some fun with improvisation games! The Great Debaters played games like freeze, new choice, and finish the scene where they imagined different scenarios with conflicts and characters - and boy are they good at it! They had so much fun using their imaginations and orator skills to build up their confidence.
After, we broke up into 2 different groups - individuals (1's) and pairs (2's), where they addressed the age old questions: chocolate or vanilla!
The first group (2's) did a mock debate on which one was better, and the individual speakers (1's) made speeches on which one is better, and were asked a question.
These Great Debaters did awesome with this topic and will excel at competition!
