Hybrid Plan
NFSD will implement a “hybrid” plan where the youngest students with the greatest needs will attend in-person every day and the oldest students with the least need will have a combination of in-person attendance for part of the time, and distance learning for part of the time. This means elementary aged students will be in school full time and 7th through 12th grade students will be in school approximately half time and working from home on their Chromebooks half time. Additionally, students with special needs or language deficiencies will be considered for additional attendance on a case by case basis to meet their needs.
