PHE

We have come to the end of our second unit and it’s been great to see the progress that has been made. We’ve seen some fantastic Gymnastics and Dance performances from the Year 7’s and 8’s. The Year 9’s have enjoyed taking ownership of their learning and are becoming more confident players in a variety of activities. There has been some great feedback from the Year 10’s and 11’s about having time to de-stress, be active and enjoy having time aware from their devices.

This document shows which unit you class will be starting from Monday 21st November. These classes need to bring in their swim clothes, towel, and goggles for their classes in the pool: 9G, 9P, 10.3, and 11.3.

REMINDERS

- ALL Secondary learners should arrive at school wearing their normal school uniform EVERY DAY of the week, even if they have PHE at 8:35am. This avoids any possibility for them forgetting their normal uniform to get changed into after their PHE lesson.

- Many PHE lessons are outside and we encourage all learners to wear sunscreen and a hat to protect themselves from the sun.

- Don’t forget to be prepared by wearing suitable running shoes (not flat bottomed skate shoes) and make sure you have enough clean Nexus PE uniform for your PHE lessons and CCAs. More uniform can be purchased here.
