Please make sure you have registered for your Parent Portal account in Engage. Without this, you will be unable to book Learning Conferences or see your child's reports. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact Student Services.

Please note that learning conferences will be held on Thursday, 23 September from 4pm to 8pm and all day Friday, 24 September. This is the opportunity to meet your child's subject teachers to discuss learning and engagement. Learners are expected to attend these with their parents or guardians. We had hoped that we could run these conferences face-to-face on campus, however, it does not seem that this will be possible under the current safety management measures. Please note school will be closed on Friday to enable staff to meet individual learners and families online.

For Secondary Learners with multiple subject teachers, it is not essential to see every subject teacher this time. There will be a second Learning Conference on 3 and 4 March.

Appointments are made through the Parent Portal and booking is open until Tuesday, 21 September at noon.

These Learning Conferences replace our Year Level parents' evenings this year. We welcome your feedback on Learning Conferences after the 24th.

Please make sure your child has the latest TraceTogether app installed on their phone or if they have a token, please ensure it has a working battery and is easy to access as they make their way to class. Scanning QR codes on tokens without working batteries and unpacking bags to find tokens might slow down the check-in process.

A token with a working battery should have a light flashing every minute. Please help us to help your child start the day promptly. Replacement tokens can be collected from local community centres.

The IB Examinations run from 29 April to 20 May. The full schedule can be found here. Please note that the schedule was updated in July 2021.

IGCSE exam boards publish the examination timetable in December. IGCSE examinations run between the last week in April to 24 June.

Please note examinations may fall on public holidays, during school holidays and in the evenings.
