Saturday 15th April saw the Nexus community come alive for the International Fair and what an amazing, brilliant and inspiring day it was!! 

Thank you to everyone involved with the day, it was a monumental effort. With families and teachers from over 30 countries coming together to share food, culture, heritage and performances. The positive feedback from the event has been overwhelming and everyone can take pride in everything that was achieved - we are one AMAZING COMMUNITY!!

The atmosphere was electric, with 1500 people in attendance and stunning weather, it was a wonderful WONDERFUL day and a fantastic way to showcase what a diverse international school Nexus is.

The pride and highlight of the day (and most emotional moment) was the phenomenal Flag Parade. Families and friends gathered together around the field to participate in carrying the flags of the 60+ nationalities represented here at Nexus. 

The NCG and International Fair committee would like to make two special mentions;

Firstly thank-you to the vendors who supported the day - Pita Bread Bakery, Victus, Smiths Fish & Chips, Munets Empanadas, Tais Kitchen, The Pie Monger and Epigram books.

Secondly thank-you to the learners who helped on the food stalls, MPH, field games and the performances.

Come to one, come to both!!! A chance for the NCG show their appreciation and celebrate how awesome you all are for volunteering for this years wonderful events (non volunteers also very welcome to join).

26th May - Join us after school for a get together in East Coast Park before we break for the summer holidays. Bring a blanket / picnic and relax for the afternoon, giving the kids and adults time to socialise and play. Parents often join from all over Singapore so this is a great opportunity to meet people and make new friends.
