Please note that there will be no after school CCAs on Friday, 1 November to allow learners to prepare for the NPG Halloween Disco. CCAs will continue as per normal in the following week and Season 1 will end on 8 November.

As part of our UN Global Goals week, Goal Number 4 - Quality Education, was supported in full force on the Wednesday with the Year 12 learners fundraiser. They had organised events from sponge the teacher to henna tattoos and a computer game challenge on a large screen. Primary and Secondary learners enjoyed the delicious fruit kebabs drizzled in chocolate and the home baked products which were also on sale.
It was a busy lunchtime and all for a great cause. The Year 12 learners will be travelling to Cambodia next month to continue a partnership with a school in Kong Maha in the Kampong Cham district. They have created a poster with more information about the school. The $1,542 raised will be helping to develop and install a playground at the school, to enhance the learning environment for all the learners who go there. Our learners will also be liaising with the teachers to create teaching and classroom resources to support the learning at the school.
Thank you to everyone for your support at the event and to all the learners who dressed up to share their aspirations of what they want to be when they grow up.

Cafeteria Lunch Pre-Orders
For families using or interested in cafeteria service here is a kind reminder to send pre-order forms for upcoming months of November and December to facilities.victus@nexus.edu.sg.
Placing your order in advance (our deadline is the 20th of the previous month) ensures students are served quicker, all meals are planned, packed in advance and labelled where applicable (for example all allergy meals and bento boxes for children at Nursery / Kindergarten are labelled individually with a name and class).
Although the forms are based on monthly basis, we also welcome pre-orders for occasional canteen visits, the total amount will be prorated accordingly. You may pay at your convenience via bank transfer (details are in the form) or in person at the cafeteria.
