It was wonderful to see all our learners back in school and reconnecting with each other after the two week holiday. We also welcome numerous new families to our Nexus community this week. My thanks to the staff, parents and learners that have made them feel welcomed.

Our Diversity Week included so many great experiences ... sharing foods, painting hundreds of unique pebbles, a visiting author, mystery readers sharing traditional stories, music performances, a massive House Launch Event, exploring cultural games, international film screenings and canteen stalls and activities. Through all these powerful activities, the underlining message is to build a strong understanding of ME, build a strong understanding of others (YOU) and to use those deep understandings to come together (US):
