Music Ensembles

Nexus Music Ensembles are open to learners who play instruments inside or outside of school or are eager to try new instruments and play as part of an ensemble. Many of our music ensembles regularly rehearse to prepare for concerts and gigs in our Nexus Auditorium and around the school campus. This year we have exciting concerts planned at venues across Singapore including Chjimes Church and the Botanic Gardens.

All learners (except beginners) who are learning an instrument through the Nexus Instrumental Programme are expected to join a music ensemble for the year where possible.

Semester One ensembles will start on Monday, 25th August and will continue up to and including the last week of this semester. If your child joins Nexus late and would like to join one of the existing, ongoing ensembles, please contact music@nexus.edu.sg

Semester Two ensembles (January to June 2026) will be advertised during the December holiday.
