Encouraging learners to revisit topics little and often can help to strengthen their understanding over time. Throughout the IGCSE Geography course learners are introduced to a range of field work techniques and have to carry out a minimum of two studies. Before returning to a fieldwork activity, learners are asked to Brian Dump their understanding of a previous fieldwork activity to identify which areas they can recall and understand and which they need to develop. The structure of the sheet gives learners prompts. This is accompanied by a classroom display to act as a prompt to learners.
