The PE Department of AHS offers a nice variety of classes for you to take it you want to blow off steam, exercise, and focus on your mind and body.

Increases strength and cardiovascular fitness through an individualized weight training program. Emphasizes self-management and adherence strategies.

Introduces fundamental skills, strategies, and rules associated with team sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, baseball, field hockey, lacrosse, team handball, and flag football.
Enhances and improves skills and strategies introduced in introduction to team sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, baseball, field hockey, lacrosse, team handball, and flag football. Provides opportunities to develop and apply these skills, strategies, and rules in real game situations.
Provides opportunities to officiate and to enhance skills in team sports strategies.
